• MSP Readiness Assessment — a self-evaluation tool that scores your MSP business maturity across five dimensions (Service Delivery, Sales & Marketing, Financial Management, Team & Leadership, and Security & Compliance) and provides personalised feedback.
• Blog and guides — educational articles, frameworks, and resources on MSP business operations, pricing, growth strategy, and best practices.
• Structured courses — online learning programmes covering MSP business transformation and growth (when available).
• Email content — newsletters, tips, and updates delivered to subscribers who have opted in.

3. Disclaimers

MSP Coach provides educational content and self-assessment tools for informational purposes only. Please note:

• Our content does not constitute professional business consulting, financial advice, legal advice, or certified management consulting.
• Assessment results are based on self-reported data and are intended as a directional guide, not a definitive evaluation of your MSP's readiness or capability.

4. Intellectual Property

When you complete the MSP Readiness Assessment, your responses and results are stored to provide you with personalised feedback and to improve our assessment tool. Your individual responses will never be shared publicly or with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Email Communications

By providing your email address, you may opt in to receive newsletters, educational content, and product updates from MSP Coach.
